Ohio to New York

We left Fayette, Ohio and Harrison Lake State Park and headed toward New York. Mackensie and Mom suggested that we go to Niagara Falls.

The drive took us from Ohio, along Lake Erie, briefly into Pennsylvania, and into New York. The rain seems to be following us. Off and on there is a bit of rain.

I had a phone meeting, so we stopped to have lunch and do some laundry for a couple of hours.

Of course we had to stop along the way and dip our feet in Lake Erie. That's the second Great Lake we've been able to visit.

We cross into New York and make our way north through Buffalo and into Niagara. We drove along the Niagara River Gorge with Canada just across on the other side.

We eventually reached Four Mile Creek Campground in Youngstown, New York. The campground is right on Lake Ontario. That's makes three of the Great Lakes; two in one day!

Across Lake Ontario we can see the skyline of Toronto, Canada.

We'll spend the day tomorrow at Niagara Falls and continue our travels on Friday.
