Today we have a tour of the West Wing of the White House. Jennifer has left us instructions, including what attire is required of the tour. It looks like we underestimated. Sneakers are not allowed.
Before our tour we headed to the local mall and went shoe shopping. Everyone found shoes appropriate for the tour.
We rode on the Metro again and met Jennifer at the entrance to the White House West Wing. These rooms are much different than the East Wing. The West Wing is the day to day operations, including the Oval Office and the White House Press Briefing Room.
After the West Wing tour, we headed back the Jennifer's house. We gave Jennifer and Brian a treat this evening. We stayed with the boys, while Brian and Jennifer went out and had an evening together.
The boys had fun making pizza's for dinner. They played with the girls and looked at our pictures of everyone bowling. It was a late, but the boys went to bed just fine. Jennifer and Brian were surprised but pleased that the boys went to bed easily.
Tomorrow we are leaving Alexandria, but not quite leaving Virginia.
