This week has been full of scattered quilting. Trying to bring some order to the scraps that are donated to the Binky Patrol project. I cut them down to usable size and it is a time consuming task. I use the scrap system per Bonnie Hunter and it sure makes using up scraps a snap.
My sister-in-law also donated some leftovers from her quilting projects, about 450 pre-cut 2 in squares and about 100 pre-cut 2.5 in strips. These should quilt up quickly!
Also played with a butterfly pantograph for my Tumbling Blocks quilt. I love this Butterfly Charm panto from Willow Leaf, but it is a 11" swing and I will only have about 5.5" by the time I get to the bottom of the quilt. Practiced different modifications on this Binky.
